Power to Discern and Power to Judge

I have looked for amusing tips in the internet and it was amazing that I found "gold mines" about wellness that I shared to my close friends and relatives, but couldn't publish them as is, in respect to copyrights though such copyright was not indicated in those articles I found. My decision was a result of two of the eight powers of a soul, the "Power to Discern" and the "Power to Judge".

The Power to Discern is simply the ability to differentiate right from wrong, and true from false, within a second.

The Power to Judge is the ability to assess the quality of choices, decisions and actions in yourself and in others. Can you do that too within one second? I can't do that yet, but I know I will, eventually.

The secret is meditation, meditating that you are a peaceful and loving soul and each person is a soul just like you, yearning for peace, love and happiness. What differentiates the souls are the "sanskars" or memories from the experiences in life, which should be forgotten when meditating. Negative thoughts often cloud discernment and can be eliminated through meditation.

All souls were created equal by a Supreme Being in His likeness, and through meditation, we can leave the bodies we occupy and "go home to Him".
