The best baking tip

The best baking tip I can share is very basic: keep all baking utensils very clean and dry (free from moist).

When separating the egg whites from the yolks, remove the drops of yolk that might come with the egg whites. Use the smallest teaspoon or measuring spoon you have, to remove the yolk spots. Pure egg whites on a clean dry bowl will surely give a fluffy result when beaten.
